Kick has a few rules that Postiz enforces at publish time. NanoClaw applies them when you mention them in plain language, and asks when a required value is missing.
- ✓Kick has only one setting in Postiz, __type kick. There are no announcement styles or colors, so every post is a regular chat message.
- ✓Messages go to your channel's chat, not to a stream overlay or VOD. Viewers only see them while chat is open.
- ✓Chat messages should be short. Kick applies its own chat length and rate limits, and NanoClaw should keep messages to a line or two.
- ✓The Kick connection in Postiz needs chat permissions on your channel. Reconnect in Postiz if messages fail to post.

Yes. Ask NanoClaw in chat for a recurring job, for example a weekly schedule post every Sunday at 6pm or a going-live reminder before each stream. It runs on that schedule inside its container and posts through Postiz. You can see and cancel upcoming posts in the Postiz calendar.
What can I post to Kick through NanoClaw and Postiz?
Text chat messages in your own Kick channel: going-live notices, schedule reminders, links to clips, and shout-outs to your other channels. Postiz does not control your stream, overlays, or VODs. Keep messages short and conversational, since they appear inline with viewer chat.
Does NanoClaw need a Kick API key?
No. Kick is connected to Postiz with OAuth once in the Postiz dashboard. NanoClaw authenticates to Postiz only, using postiz auth:login (OAuth device flow) or a POSTIZ_API_KEY inside its container. There are no Kick tokens or bots to manage on the NanoClaw side.
