Data Processor

This page lists the companies that process personal data on behalf of Postiz (Gitroom Limited and Gitroom LLC) when we provide the Postiz Service, the Site at postiz.com and the Postiz mobile apps. It forms part of our Privacy Policy.

1. Our Data Processor

Gelhaus Solutions, Eichenwald 3, 49624 Löningen, Germany, is our data processor. It processes personal data only on our documented instructions, under its Data Processing Agreement.

2. Our EU Representative

Neither Gitroom Limited nor Gitroom LLC is established in the European Union. Under Article 27 GDPR we have appointed Gelhaus Solutions (Eichenwald 3, 49624 Löningen, Germany) as our representative in the European Union. Data subjects in the EU and EU supervisory authorities can reach it at [email protected] (see https://gplatform.org/eu-rep).

3. Sub-processors

We also use the following companies to provide the Service. Each processes only the data needed for the purpose listed and is bound by contractual data-protection obligations. Social and messaging platforms that you choose to connect are not our processors; they receive your content because you instruct us to publish it there.

• Vercel Inc. (USA) — Hosting and delivery of the Site and web front-end.
• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — Media storage (R2), content delivery, DNS and network security.
• RunPod, Inc. (USA) — Cloud compute for media processing (video and image conversion) and the video-clipping feature.
• Oxylabs, UAB (Lithuania) — Retrieval of publicly available videos you submit to the video-clipping feature.
• Transloadit (Netherlands) — File-upload processing.
• Stripe, Inc. (USA) — Payment processing, subscriptions and invoicing.
• RevenueCat, Inc. (USA) — Management of subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store and Google Play.
• Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) (USA) — Transactional email delivery (account activation, receipts, notifications).
• Beehiiv, Inc. (USA) — Newsletter delivery to subscribers who have opted in.
• Anthropic, PBC (USA) — AI text generation for AI-assisted features.
• OpenAI, L.L.C. (USA) — AI text and image generation for AI-assisted features.
• Features & Labels, Inc. (fal.ai) (USA) — AI image and video generation.
• EvoLink — AI video generation.
• ElevenLabs, Inc. (USA) — AI voice generation for video features.
