Kick limits and gotchas to know

Kick through Postiz is chat only, which keeps requests simple.

✓Kick has no extra Postiz settings; __type is kick and the message body is all you need.
✓Messages are posted to your Kick channel's chat, so the Postiz connection needs chat permission.
✓Keep messages short; chat is not the place for release notes, link to them instead.

Add the Postiz MCP server to Claude Code, sign in to Postiz with OAuth, and connect your Kick channel in Postiz. Then ask Claude Code to send or schedule a chat message. There are no extra Kick settings, so it drafts the text, asks for permission, and sends it through Postiz.

Can Claude Code schedule Kick messages around my streaming schedule?

Yes. Describe the times, such as three countdown messages before an 8pm stream, and Claude Code schedules each one through Postiz. For a recurring schedule, run claude -p from cron on stream days so the reminders post automatically without an open terminal.

Does Kick support announcements or colors like Twitch in Postiz?

No. Postiz exposes Kick as plain chat messages only, while Twitch has messageType and announcementColor options. If you stream on both, you can ask Claude Code to send the same reminder to Kick and Twitch in one request and it applies the Twitch-only options where they exist.

Can Claude Code post to Kick and my social accounts in one go?
