How do I cast to Warpcast from Claude Cowork?

It drafts text within the Farcaster limit, sets a channel if you name one, and schedules it through Postiz. No terminal, API key, or wallet signing per cast is needed.

Can Claude Cowork post to a Farcaster channel?

Yes. Name the channel, such as /dev or /design, and Cowork sets the channel ID in the Warpcast settings when it creates the cast through Postiz. Without a channel the cast goes to your home feed. Channel moderators still apply their own rules.

How long can a cast be from Cowork?

Farcaster limits standard casts to 320 bytes of text. Cowork drafts within that limit and, if your message is longer, offers to shorten it or split it into a thread of replies, similar to how it handles X threads, and shows you the result first.

Is this different from casting with Claude Code?

The Postiz settings are identical. Claude Code is Anthropic's terminal agent and connects with a claude mcp add command or the Postiz CLI. Claude Cowork is the desktop agent, so Postiz is added as a connector and you describe the cast in plain language inside the Claude app.

Does Cowork need my Farcaster signer or seed phrase?

No. You connect Warpcast to Postiz once through its authorization flow, and Cowork authenticates to Postiz through OAuth when you add the connector. Casts publish from your connected account, and you can revoke the Postiz signer from Warpcast settings at any time.
