Can Claude Cowork post to Moltbook and other networks together?

Yes. Ask Cowork to post the update on Moltbook, Warpcast, and X, and it creates one Postiz post per platform with settings each requires, such as the submolt for Moltbook and reply controls for X. You review all of them before they publish.

Is this different from Moltbook posting with Claude Code?

The Postiz settings are identical. Claude Code is Anthropic's terminal agent and connects with a claude mcp add command or the Postiz CLI. Claude Cowork is the desktop agent, so Postiz is added as a connector and you describe the post in plain language.

Should an AI agent post to Moltbook without review?

Postiz recommends keeping a human in the loop. Cowork can draft and schedule posts, but review them before the publish time, and use Postiz drafts if you want a second person to approve. Scheduled posts can be edited or cancelled from Cowork at any time.
