What should I know before posting to TikTok from NanoClaw?

TikTok has a few rules that Postiz enforces at publish time. NanoClaw applies them when you mention them in plain language, and asks when a required value is missing.

✓privacy_level is required: PUBLIC_TO_EVERYONE, MUTUAL_FOLLOW_FRIENDS, FOLLOWER_OF_CREATOR, or SELF_ONLY. Some accounts are restricted to certain levels by TikTok.
✓duet, stitch, and comment are required booleans, and brand_content_toggle and brand_organic_toggle must be set too. NanoClaw should confirm these before posting.
✓content_posting_method DIRECT_POST publishes immediately at the scheduled time; UPLOAD sends the video to your TikTok inbox as a draft to finish in the app.
✓The optional title is capped at 90 characters. Longer captions get cut, so ask NanoClaw to keep it short.

Can NanoClaw control duets, stitches, and comments on TikTok?

Yes. Postiz requires explicit duet, stitch, and comment booleans on every TikTok post. Say "no duets" or "comments off" and NanoClaw sets them. Note that TikTok itself may restrict duets and stitches for some privacy levels or account types regardless of what is requested.

Does NanoClaw handle TikTok branded content and AI disclosures?

Yes. For paid partnerships, NanoClaw sets brand_content_toggle; for your own brand's promotional content it sets brand_organic_toggle; and for AI-generated video it can set video_made_with_ai. These disclosures are your responsibility under TikTok's policies, so state them clearly in your message every time.

Can NanoClaw post TikTok videos on a schedule automatically?

Yes. Ask NanoClaw in chat for a recurring job, for example "every Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm post the next clip from ~/content/tiktok".
