Facebook has a few rules that Postiz enforces at publish time. NanoClaw applies them when you mention them in plain language, and asks when a required value is missing.
- ✓Postiz posts to Facebook Pages you manage, not to a personal profile timeline. Connect the Page in Postiz before asking NanoClaw to post.
- ✓To get a rich link card, put the URL in the url setting (NanoClaw does this when you say "share this link"). A URL only inside the text may not render the same preview.
- ✓Images and videos are uploaded through Postiz first. Send them in chat or reference a file path NanoClaw can read from its container.
- ✓Facebook posts can be long, but the feed truncates them. Ask NanoClaw to lead with the key sentence so it shows before the "See more" fold.

How do I post to Facebook from NanoClaw?
Add the Postiz skill to NanoClaw with npx skills add gitroomhq/postiz-agent, authenticate with postiz auth:login, and connect your Facebook Page in Postiz. Then message NanoClaw with the post text, any link or media, and the time. It creates the post through Postiz and confirms the schedule.
Can NanoClaw post to my personal Facebook profile?
No. Postiz publishes to Facebook Pages, which is what Facebook's API supports for scheduling tools. If you run a business, brand, or creator Page, connect it in Postiz and NanoClaw can post there. Personal timelines are not available through Postiz or any compliant scheduler.
Can NanoClaw attach a link preview to Facebook posts?
Yes. When you ask NanoClaw to share a link, it places the URL in the Facebook url setting and Facebook generates the preview card with title, description, and image from that page. You can still write your own text above the card. The preview is fetched by Facebook at publish time.
Can NanoClaw schedule Facebook posts automatically every day?
Yes. Ask NanoClaw in chat for a recurring job, for example "every day at 5pm post one item from ~/content/facebook to the Page". It wakes on that schedule, reads the next item, and schedules it through Postiz. You can review or cancel anything in the Postiz calendar before it goes live.
Does NanoClaw need Facebook developer credentials?
No. You connect the Facebook Page to Postiz with OAuth once, and Postiz keeps that connection current. NanoClaw authenticates to Postiz with postiz auth:login (an OAuth device flow) or a POSTIZ_API_KEY set in its container. No Facebook app IDs or tokens are needed on the NanoClaw side.
