How to set up Postiz for Slack in Perplexity Computer

Setup takes two steps: add Postiz as a custom MCP connector in Perplexity (OAuth, no API key) or install the Postiz CLI skill, then connect your Slack account in Postiz. After that, you just ask.

Slack rules Perplexity Computer has to respect

Slack enforces a few rules on every post. Postiz exposes them as settings, and Perplexity Computer applies them, but knowing them helps you phrase the request.

✓channel is required and takes the Slack channel id (for example C12345); Computer maps names to ids from the settings.
✓The Postiz Slack app must be added to the channel before it can post there.
✓Keep messages under 4,000 characters, the length Slack recommends for a single message.
